HOW TO APPLY - STEP 1. Massage into perfectly clean skin of face, neck and decollete for 5 minutes in upward, circular motion. STEP 2. Remove excess with cotton wipes. STEP 3. Vaporize ROSEE tonic generously over entire massaged areas and then rinse abundantly with luke warm water to soften and deep-cleanse the skin.
