To look (and feel) younger forever… Stand Straight!

Your Mama told you… and she was right!!!

Good posture is a key element of looking confident, attractive – and younger. Standing tall with 'shoulders back' and 'tummy in' can make you look over 10 years younger, besides dramatically helping reduce the risk of backache and the dreaded hunched back as you grow older.

Eating calcium rich foods such as dark green vegetables, raw nuts like almonds and hazelnuts, plain yoghurt, cottage cheese and sardines or tinned salmon help keep your bones and cartilage healthy and strong.

Finally, keeping active and lifting weights 2 to 3 times a week is also a big help by strengthening your muscular structure. Just sitting straight passively strengthens you back muscles too, so give it a go ;)
