Probably the most fun way to tone your body in preparation of T-shirt season is to dance: It boosts your brainpower, improves your immunity, grows your social circle, builds muscle tone and and of course burns calories . . . even if you have no rhythm :)

People think you are a nicer, more confident and more relaxed person if they see you dance. Millions of us hesitate to dance or excercise at all because we feel self-conscious: I'm too fat / too wobbly / way too unfit / would be embarrassed if anyone saw me etc etc… but nothing could be further from the truth.

Exercise only has positive connotations, even if you have no rhythm or all the other joggers overtake you, people still see you as a great sport!
