2023 New Years Resolutions

Our New Year’s Resolutions

1. See more friends every week – especially those you have lost touch with. How is this good for your beauty? Well, feeling connected makes us happy, being happy enhances immunity and laughing boosts circulation – and improved immunity & better microcirculation both support beautiful skin!
2. Take Vitamin D3 with K2 every day until the sun gets warm again. In the Northern Hemisphere that would be April. There is a powerful, positive correlation between high serum levels of Vitamin D and lower all-cause mortality. It’s that simple!
3. Get more early nights! They do not call it beauty sleep for nothing. Sleep is when our immunity rebuilds and our skin regenerates. Raising your head a few inches by adding another pillow also improves lymphatic drainage from the head, reducing the risk of puffy eyes in the morning.
4. Fall in love with the 3G’s: Garlic to protect you from colds and flus, Greens to feed your skin & body with nutrients and Grapefruit (all citrus fruits) for their essential, seasonal antioxidants, protection from infections and clear, beautiful skin.
5. Get sweaty at least once a week, either in a sauna or from working out. Sweating is Mother Nature’s way of clearing toxins from your body - and it also gives your skin that heavenly <wouldn’t you like to know> glow!
