Beauty Sleep Tip!
Get enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning: at least 6 hours a night. If this is impossible, get into the habit of taking cat naps during the day. Some studies have shown that a 10 minute doze in the afternoon is the equivalent of 2 hours sleep!
