  • Keep a stock of low calorie snacks on hand: cut up carrots, celery and buy a packet
        of rice cakes
  • Add baby spinach leaves, parsley or spinach to your salad or burger and get a boost
        of Vitamin C and iron
  • Laugh really loud wherever and as often as you can
  • Make an effort to include fruits and vegetables at every meal
